We are looking for a Business Analyst / QA Coordinator to join our team for a multinational leader in the credit insurance sector.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate QA activities with internal teams and external vendors across a multinational environment.
- Perform gap analysis comparing UBL requirements for new country mandates with existing system implementations.
- Capture and maintain data mapping for gap requirements, ensuring alignment across internal systems.
- Define QA test strategy, plans and test cases based on business scenarios.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT): map test cases to scenarios, track execution and manage defect resolution.
- Perform defect triage and root cause analysis, working closely with QA leads and development teams.
- Validate production readiness and support post go-live operations.
- Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases for governance and audit purposes.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with strong QA/testing coordination responsibilities.
- Proven experience in gap analysis, data mapping and requirements documentation.
- End-to-end UAT coordination: strategy definition, execution and defect management.
- Knowledge of Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.
- Familiarity with defect management tools and QA governance best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in multinational environments.
- Fluent English (B2 or higher) — the working language is fully in English.
- Experience with UBL requirements or new country mandate implementations.
- Background in compliance-driven projects or regulatory rollouts.
- Additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are a plus.
