Job Description:

As our Product & Customer Experience Executive, you’ll maximise Direct & 3rd Party retail revenue in line with company targets by delivering an excellent customer experience and all relevant marketing. Working collaboratively with our Retail Trading teams, Marketing team, Customer Services and Contact Centre teams.

Please note that this role will be offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity leave.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll use customer and market data, from pre- to post-travel, to shape our retail product and marketing strategy in line with agreed objectives.
  • Deliver Direct & 3rd Party marketing activity, maximising revenue and driving customer engagement by optimising customer targeting, personalisation and marketing channel content where relevant.
  • Maximise revenue for Direct & 3rd Party products by delivering improvements to the customer experience and marketing, by identifying and acting on opportunities, responding to customer complaints or working on ad hoc projects.
  • Work with 3rd Party suppliers as required and attend Quarterly Business Reviews to drive customer experience and marketing opportunities.
  • Support in the delivery of app and web improvements, briefing, delivering and reporting on key pieces of activity and facilitating rollout of successful testing.
  • Deliver Retail product training materials for Contact Centre and Overseas teams, ensuring all material is up-to-date and delivers a VIP customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate allergens information for pre-order meals for all customer-facing material.

What you’ll have:

  • Previous marketing/training experience is desirable
  • Customer-focused with a commercial understanding
  • Well organised and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise, work to tight deadlines and work simultaneously across multiple tasks
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
