A London-based distributor of premium fine foods is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its presence across the M25 corridor.

You will be responsible for developing new business within the hospitality sector, working with restaurants, pubs, caterers, leisure venues and hospitality groups.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with B2B food industry sales experience and a genuine passion for premium food products.

ROLE

  • Developing new business opportunities across the hospitality sector
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Visiting clients across the M25 corridor
  • Presenting the company’s premium product catalogue
  • Growing existing accounts while winning new clients
  • Providing product knowledge and marketing support
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
  • Representing the company at industry trade shows and events

PROFILE

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience within the food industry
  • Experience in gourmet / speciality / premium food products
  • Existing hospitality sector contacts (highly desirable)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
  • Professional presentation style aligned with a premium brand
