Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Uphold and consistently enhance exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house teams to achieve operational excellence
• Collaborate closely with events and reservations teams to ensure smooth coordination
• Address guest feedback with professionalism, resolving concerns efficiently and maintaining high levels of satisfaction

About You

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in the Mayfair area or/and within private members’ clubs
• Strong experience working with UHNWIs, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences and maintaining luxury standards
