The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying top-tier talent in the engineering and construction sectors and partnering with clients to solve their most complex hiring challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identifying and engaging with new clients within the Civil and Structural Engineering space.
- Headhunting: Using a targeted, phone-based approach to engage high-caliber passive candidates.
- Candidate Management: Conducting detailed screening calls and face-to-face meetings to assess cultural fit and technical capability.
- Consultation: Managing the interview and offer process, providing expert advice to both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Market Mapping: Staying ahead of industry trends to act as a true subject matter expert.

- You have previous experience in recruitment (preferably within a technical or professional services sector).
