Salary & Benefits

- 6 weeks annual leave

- 12 x 15-minute appointments per session
- No routine home visits
- Half-day duty only
- GPs typically finish on time (around 5:30–6:00pm)
- Daily coffee break + weekly clinical meetings
The Practice
- Teaching practice (HYMS students), former Training practice
- Strong GP retention – most trained there
- Data quality team removes ~90% of pathology workload
- Support for special interests (funded diplomas previously)
