Managing Director – Luxury Wellness & Leisure

Location: London

Salary: up to £150,000 + (Bonus)

A leading luxury Wellness and leisure group in London is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to oversee full operational and commercial performance, with a clear pathway to CEO within 18–24 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations with full P&L accountability.
• Drive business growth, innovation, and new revenue opportunities.
• Develop and mentor senior leadership, ensuring high service and brand standards.
• Implement strategic plans across finance, marketing, and operations.
• Oversee expansion initiatives, acquisitions, and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and Creative Director to align commercial and creative goals.

Ideal Profile

• Proven leader at MD, Operations Director, or Regional Director level.
• Background in luxury hospitality, premium leisure, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong track record in operational excellence and business growth.
• Strategic yet hands-on, with exceptional financial and people leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to advance to CEO.
