Who’s the business
Zanda is partnering with an international high growth Series A, AI SaaS business in London. Operating across the UK and US, with a £10million ARR and a headcount of 70, the Founders are looking to hire a Head of Finance to join their global leadership team.
Reporting to the VP of Operations and working directly with the Founders and Senior Leadership team, The Head of Finance will combine strategic vision and financial expertise to support them through the next phase of growth across the UK and US. The business is based in Central London and they are in the office 2-3 days a week.
What experiences you will gain
- Ownership and delivery of all financial operations, controls, processes and management reporting
- Building and maintaining the SaaS metrics framework across UK and US operations
- Owning FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning and working closely with the VP of Operations on financial planning, analysis, and business performance
- Leading the financial strategy, supporting fundraising, investor materials, and board level reporting
- Building and maintaining the three year financial model, stress testing assumptions and supporting strategic decision making
- Ensuring compliance across UK and US entities, including VAT, R&D credits, Companies House filings, and US reporting requirements
- Partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Engineering on pricing strategy
- Evaluating and implementing AI enabled finance tools to improve efficiency and automate processes
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high performing Management Accountant
What background should you have before you press apply!
- Experience within a VC or PE backed SaaS technology business
- International experience with US entities is essential
- Experience within a high growth start up across reporting, controls and FP&A
- Confident building and owning financial models
- Naturally inquisitive, with a strong interest in leveraging AI and emerging tools to drive efficiency and innovation within finance
