Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Head of Account Management to lead our client relationships and account growth strategy in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of account managers, ensuring the successful onboarding and retention of our digital identity technology clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy to drive client satisfaction, expansion, and retention
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account managers to exceed their targets and build strong relationships with clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs, concerns, and advocating on their behalf
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align on client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Analyze client usage data, identify growth opportunities, and develop account expansion strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of account management activities
  • Provide regular reporting on account health, growth, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in account management or client success roles, preferably in the digital identity or technology industry
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing account management teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address client needs
  • Familiarity with digital identity technologies and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client requirements
