Business Change Lead – LMS – Milton Keynes

This role requires onsite working 3 days per week, across 2 offices in Milton Keynes

We are seeking an experienced LMS Change Management Lead to support a major transformation for our customer based in Milton Keynes. This role will lead the business change strategy for the organisation’s shift to the Cornerstone Galaxy platform, ensuring a seamless transition that successfully embeds new functionality and maximises user adoption.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience delivering business change and rollout plans for large‑scale LMS implementations, with a proven ability to guide stakeholders, drive engagement, and support end‑to‑end change delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement the change management approach.
  • Lead the transition from the current platform to the Cornerstone Galaxy platform, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionality.
  • Plan and manage business change and rollout across the retail and aftersales network.
  • Engage and coordinate stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to ensure rollout readiness.
  • Develop and deliver communication and training plans.
  • Establish business processes to support ongoing operations.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure continuity of service.
  • Coordinate business change planning and readiness.
  • Manage rollout plans, releases, and stakeholder communications.
  • Capture and apply lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates.
  • Support definition of the future operating model and embed change into BAU.

Experience required

  • Proven experience in business change, system rollout, and transition.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Pragmatic, process‑driven approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage complexity and remain focused on business outcomes.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and accountable.
