What You’ll Take On

This isn’t just underwriting support. It’s operational ownership.
As a Senior Underwriting Executive, you sit at the centre of how our Specialty, Commercial and Consumer lines run day to day. You’ll act as a trusted SME to Underwriters, delivering proactive, accurate and reliable support that keeps business moving. This role is about more than admin. It’s about control, quality and momentum owning data integrity, meeting SLAs and making sure the engine behind underwriting runs smoothly, efficiently and without surprises.
What you’ll take on:
- Acting as the operational SME across supported lines, partnering closely with Underwriters
- Owning data capture, endorsements, binders and bordereaux with precision and accountability
- Monitoring workflows, resolving queries and protecting SLA performance
- Leading quality assurance, audit preparation and exception reporting
- Supporting projects, improving SOPs and guiding junior team members to raise the bar
