Fire and Security Engineer

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Requirements

• Proven experience with intruder alarm systems, including:
• Honeywell Galaxy, Pyronix, Texecom, and residential alarm systems
• Strong background in fire alarm installation and servicing, including:
• Advanced, C-TEC, Protec, Kentec (Gent training would be advantageous)
• Working knowledge of access control systems (desirable):
• Paxton10, Net2, PAC GDX
• Familiarity with intercom systems (desirable):
• Comelit, Videx, Bell
• Experience with CCTV systems (installation and servicing) (desirable):
• Knowledge of warden call systems (advantageous but not essential – training provided)
• Good level of IT literacy, including an understanding of computer networks
• Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota (typically 1–2 days per week)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• No previous convictions (due to work on police premises)

• Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per year (dependent on experience)
• Overtime and call-out payments in addition to salary
