You’ll be able to perform under pressure, prioritise effectively, and work in a fast‑moving trading environment. It’s essential that you have excellent communication skills and the confidence to work collaboratively across functions.

Additional Desired Skills

  • A strong commitment to risk management, conduct, and control responsibilities.
  • An awareness of regional liquidity dynamics.
  • Familiarity with market‑making tools, pricing models, or data‑driven trading frameworks.
  • Experience handling large datasets and building repeatable analytics (Python).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to trading businesses.
  • Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve existing processes.
