Product Development Manager

Location: Enniskillen, Northern Ireland

Duties

• Lead the development of new laser cleaning products from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product design and improvements.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that product development goals are achieved on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in laser or precision cleaning technology.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
