At COP, we’re here to unlock the full potential of offshore wind to power the world, and there’s no time to waste. As part of our team, you’ll work on market-leading projects with some of the most experienced and passionate people in the industry. Together, we get stuff done and own the impact of our work, with respect and safety always at the core. Founded in 2015, we are the exclusive offshore wind development partner to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, the world’s largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield energy investments.

So, if you are ready to go further than you ever imagined, we are eager to hear from you and encourage you to apply.

The Role

We are looking for a Document Control Manager to support documentation management activities for COP’s Pentland Floating Offshore Wind Project, ideally based in Edinburgh.

The Pentland project is an innovative floating offshore wind development located off the coast of Dounreay in Caithness, northern Scotland. Once operational, the project is expected to generate around 100 MW of clean electricity—enough to power approximately 70,000 homes—while contributing to the advancement of floating wind technology in the UK.

In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of the project’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and ensure that documentation from internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders is efficiently managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with the project team, you will play a key role in ensuring information is properly controlled, accessible, and aligned with project governance requirements, supporting the successful delivery of a pioneering floating offshore wind project.
