To support this ambition, we are seeking a Senior Administrator – Further Education Quality to play a key role in strengthening our quality assurance and quality improvement activity.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or quality professional with Further Education experience to step into a new role, working across curriculum areas to support colleagues, embed robust quality processes, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
The role
Working closely with the Senior Quality Assurance Lead, the Senior Administrator will coordinate and support core Further and Vocational Education quality processes. The postholder will play a central role in ensuring that robust and effective quality assurance systems are maintained, enabling the College to monitor performance against key quality indicators.

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence in working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Key responsibilities
The Senior Administrator will coordinate and support the delivery of key quality assurance and quality improvement processes relating to Further Education programmes. You will support faculties to adhere to agreed quality processes within the academic cycle, ensuring timelines are met and actions are effectively tracked and followed up. You will monitor performance data using systems such as ProAchieve and elevate any emerging risks or concerns.
You will also coordinate responses to awarding body requirements, including external verification and moderation activity, ensuring that documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and follow-up actions are completed.
The role will involve supporting the development and continuous improvement of quality processes, templates, and guidance, as well as assisting with the implementation of process changes through clear communication and administrative support.
You will contribute to the preparation of reports, data analysis, and quality documentation, supporting the wider quality team in driving improvements across the College.
About you
You will have experience in an administrative or quality-focused role within Further Education and a good understanding of quality assurance processes, curriculum delivery, and awarding body requirements.
You will be confident working with data to support monitoring and improvement activity and will have strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
