What You’ll Need
- BEMS engineering and commissioning experience.
- Primary technical knowledge of Trend, Tridium and Schneider EcoStruxure, as well as other legacy systems.
- Experience of BEMS control strategy design.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.

- A full driving license.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the projects team with commissioning BEMS projects. Ranging from controller upgrades to multi‑MCC complex new installations.
- Commissioning Schneider, DISTECH and TREND BEMS – all the way through to completion. This includes hardwired I‑O and HLI to equipment via Modbus, LON, and BACnet etc.
- Creating software from Des‑Ops and I‑O schedules, provided by your project manager.
- Completing commissioning sheets and commissioning BEMS headend graphics (Enterprise Server, N4 and IQVISION).
- Witnessing and demonstrating commissioned work to key stakeholders.
- Coordinating our installation teams and associated trades.
- Carrying out minor modifications to MCCs.
- Supervising sub‑contractors.
- Surveying sites to assist sales team with quotations.
- Delivering exceptional service, with customer satisfaction a top priority.
- Participating in regular training courses to develop your knowledge and stay up to date with industry developments.
