We’ve doubled in size over the last two years and are now hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join us at an exciting stage. You’ll work with a mix of established clients as well as have the opportunity to build your own desk in the US market. After a short onboarding period, you’ll be running your own searches and earning uncapped commission — with ongoing support from our CEO.
What you’ll be doing
- Building genuine relationships with candidates and clients
- Writing targeted, personalised outreach that feels human and gets responses
- Working closely with our CEO on priority vacancies whilst learning about the sector
What we offer
- £26,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with OTE of £50k – £60k in year 1 (same scheme for everyone, including directors)
- 30 days’ holiday + bank holidays
- Hybrid working, flexible start/finish times, and up to two weeks working remotely/abroad each year

- A modern laptop and the tools you need to do the job well

- Driven by results and comfortable working towards sales targets
- Confident on the phone and in writing quality outreach
- Commercially minded, resilient, and motivated by quality of work as much as earnings
- At ease working with senior professionals and adapting your approach accordingly
- Curious about new markets and willing to adapt your approach
