Recruitment Consultant – Quantitative Technology & Trading

Acquire Me is a specialist search firm partnering exclusively with hedge funds, quantitative trading firms, and market makers across the UK and US.

We focus on a niche, high-value segment of the market where quality matters more than volume. Roles are harder to fill, expectations are higher – but so is the impact and earning potential. You’ll be working directly with leading buy-side firms on hires that genuinely move the needle.

The Role:

• End-to-end ownership of mandates across technology, quant, and trading
• Managing both client and candidate relationships – not just delivery
• Working directly with buy-side clients on high-impact, revenue-generating hires
• Research-led search approach – quality over volume, but very much performance-driven

About You:

• 12+ months in recruitment or professional sales
• Comfortable operating in a high-performance, agency environment
• Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and candidates
• Detail-oriented, resilient, and commercially motivated
