At Cambridge Audio, we’re a different sort of global audio company, resolutely independent and always authentic.
We’re on a mission to break down barriers to top-tier sound, so it’s not the exception, but the norm. It’s what we’ve been doing for over 50 years, and we’re only just getting started.
Our award‑winning product lineup includes headphones, lifestyle audio, and premium hi‑fi. We also own StreamMagic, our own music streaming platform, plus a music venue and bar called Melomania at our London Bridge HQ.
Work at Cambridge Audio is more than just a job. We're passionate about what we do, and have fun doing it, developing our skills and careers, plus those of the colleagues around us. Learn more athttps://cambridgeaudio.com/about-us
A shared love for music and a commitment to exceptional products and customer experience drive us. With strong team spirit across our five global offices, our core values define our work:
Inspired by shared passion and independence.
Obsess over detail, always learning and improving.
Integrity, Innovation, Energy, Openness, Teamwork, Diversity, Flexibility, Fun, Music.
See it through. Go the extra mile.
This role combines hands‑on support in the office with technical and administrative coordination for the Engineering and Product teams.
You will act as the operational anchor for Engineering, providing reliable in‑office support to keep product samples, deliveries, and practical tasks running smoothly, whilst also maintaining documentation, coordinating follow‑ups from meetings, and supporting general team administration.
This is a hybrid role requiring regular physical presence at our London HQ. It is not a purely administrative role; It requires hands‑on technical capability and confidence working directly with electronic products.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with electronic products, assembling units from component parts under guidance and carrying out basic testing and validation tasks. An engineering degree, equivalent technical qualification, or relevant hands‑on technical experience is required.
You are organised, dependable and calm under pressure. You take pride in accuracy and follow‑through. You enjoy enabling others to perform at their best and are comfortable moving between structured desk‑based work and practical on‑site support.
You notice when something needs doing and take ownership of resolving it.
This role is based at our London HQ with regular on‑site presence required. The successful candidate must live within reasonable commuting distance of London Bridge.
