What You’ll Do

Partner Ownership & Growth

  • Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of named Premier reseller partners
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth through partner-led sales
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with partner leadership and sales teams
  • Develop joint business plans aligned to partner goals and N-able initiatives

Partner Enablement & Development

  • Partner with Recruitment CAMs to identify, onboard, and develop high-potential resellers
  • Enable and coach reseller sales teams on positioning and value
  • Motivate partner organizations to prioritize and represent N-able solutions
  • Support partners through training, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and ongoing engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the voice of the partner internally
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Sales Leadership
  • Coach internal teams on channel account strategy and best practices

Operational Excellence

  • Use Salesforce.com to manage partner activities and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting
  • Execute internal and external processes to support scalable growth

Market Presence

  • Represent N-able at partner events, trainings, and industry trade shows

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or channel role with demonstrated success
  • Background in software channel sales and reseller account management
  • Experience in SaaS, IT software, or security software
  • Ability to train and influence reseller sales teams
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
