  • Providing support for the preparation of briefings and strategy documents for use during international visits and to inform senior staff’s decision‑making
  • Assisting with the delivery of a series of events in priority areas of science and technology
  • Contributing to the development of the regional communications strategy

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write high‑quality briefings
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret complex information and spot opportunities
  • A proactive, self‑directed approach—comfortable managing multiple projects independently and adapting to changing priorities
  • An understanding of the international higher education and research landscape, ideally across Asia
  • The ability to build credibility with senior colleagues and academic partners
  • A collaborative mindset and an interest in science, innovation and global impact

What we can offer you

  • The opportunity to continue your career at a world‑leading institution and be part of our mission to use science for humanity
  • The opportunity to contribute to a growing portfolio aimed at driving greater global collaboration to meet global grand challenges.
  • The opportunity to work closely with a broad range of teams and senior staff across Imperial
  • A sector‑leading salary and remuneration package, including 41 days’ annual leave and generous pension schemes
  • Access to a range of workplace benefits including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on‑site leisure facilities and cycle‑to‑work scheme.
  • Interest‑free season ticket loan schemes for travel.
  • A diverse, inclusive and collaborative work culture with various staff networks and resources to support your personal and professional wellbeing.
