You’ll join a business formed to develop and operate the European data centre assets of global investment manager PIMCO and we benefit from the scale, resources and land sourcing capabilities of one of the largest real estate platforms in Europe.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with all hyperscalers in Europe
  • Manage contract and commercial negotiations
  • Produce sales presentations, pitch decks and RFP responses
  • Develop sales pipeline, identify and track new leads
  • Develop and maintain customer account plans
  • Gather market intel on competitor activity, pricing trends, emerging technologies, market insights
  • Manage customer orders, renewals and reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working with hyperscalers, from developer/operator side or from prior experience working at a hyperscaler
  • Experience negotiating turnkey and NNN contract frameworks, both legal and commercial positions
  • Some technical knowledge of data centre design and location strategy
  • Experience working across multiple European countries
  • A good networker, able to develop strong interpersonal relationships both in person and virtually
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous but not essential

Location

London/Dublin. Hybrid working model, combined with regular travel between London and Dublin, and other European locations as required. We are flexible on where you work but we would like to see you in person for meetings that matter.
