Responsibilities
- Own and manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and performance lead.
- Translate client business objectives into clear performance strategies and KPIs across channels.
- Lead client meetings including weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews, ensuring clear communication and direction.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Social and CRM teams to drive campaign performance and growth.
- Monitor account performance at a high level, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Challenge strategy, execution and results constructively to improve outcomes.
- Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on performance insights.
- Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and scope are met.
- Maintain accurate financial forecasting, reporting and invoicing across accounts.
- Ensure reporting is clear, insight-led and aligned to agreed KPIs.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Paid Media, SEO and Social channels.
- Experience reviewing performance across multiple platforms and understanding key metrics.
- Confident discussing attribution, tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with GA4, ad platforms and performance marketing tools.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering against KPIs.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
