Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Projects Administrator to join Splendid Hospitality Group, supporting the delivery of our development and construction projects.

Working closely with our Commercial Investment Director and Construction Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly — from supplier onboarding and financial tracking to project coordination and executive support.

The Role

As Projects Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our development activity, ensuring everything stays organised, aligned, and on track.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing supplier onboarding and ensuring compliance documentation is in place
  • Owning the purchase order process and tracking spend against budgets
  • Coordinating invoice approvals between project teams and finance
  • Supporting project delivery by tracking milestones and timelines
  • Maintaining accurate records of project spend and highlighting any risks
  • Organising key project documentation, ensuring easy access across teams
  • Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and travel management
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working with numbers, budgets, and financial processes
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to see tasks through to completion
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator who builds positive working relationships
  • Tech‑savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
