Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to join our Contract Management team based in Birmingham as an Administrator.

This apprenticeship programme provides a fantastic opportunity to gain a Level 3 Business Apprenticeship qualification. You will split your time between studying and hands‑on work. You will receive 7.5 hours of dedicated study time each week (equivalent to one day), with the remaining four days spent contributing to exciting, real‑world projects as part of your day‑to‑day tasks.

The post holder will join our hub office in Birmingham where you will work alongside over 100 professionals across our main divisions which means there are lots of exciting events going on with various office socials, health & wellbeing and fundraising activities to get involved in.

Year 1

  • Data Entry into spreadsheets
  • Filing & Archiving
  • General team administration
  • Taking calls
  • Job Set up
  • Processing standard invoices
  • WIP Reporting
  • Compliance Admin

Year 2

  • Create all types of invoices, raising credits, reconciliation
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Contract administration and Reporting
  • Building client relationships

The ideal candidate will be IT‑literate, numerically confident, and an excellent communicator who can manage time and workloads effectively to support the business. They will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on delivering excellent service while approaching challenges with confidence and professionalism.
