Business Development Manager

We’re hiring for a growing Facilities Maintenance business looking to add a driven Business Development Manager to win new contracts across Sussex & the South East.

This role is all about new business, relationship building, and securing long-term FM contracts.

Who they want (ESSENTIAL)

You must come from FM and fit ONE of these:

• Proven track record winning FM / maintenance contracts
• Strong commercial focus and target-driven

OR

✔ FM Technical / Operational background

• Experience “on the tools” (M&E / building services), OR
• Looking to move into sales

What you’ll do

• Win new business across the South East
• Build relationships with commercial clients
• Carry out site visits & develop tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle
• Hit and exceed revenue targets

Package

• Up to £55k basic (possibly higher for strong FM sales candidates)
