Overview

We’re supporting a large manufacturing business at a critical inflection point—seeking a proven Turnaround Project Manager to stabilise operations, drive performance, and deliver rapid, measurable results.

High‑Pressure Role

You’ll step into a high‑pressure environment, owning recovery plans, unlocking efficiencies, and restoring control across production, supply chain, and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Has led turnaround or recovery programmes in large‑scale manufacturing environments.
• Brings pace, structure, and authority to underperforming operations.
• Can engage senior stakeholders and drive accountability at every level.
• Delivers impact in days, not months.

Additional Notes

This is not a steady‑state role. It’s for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads from the front, and gets things done. If you’re a seasoned Project Manager with Turnaround experience preferably within a complex manufacturing business then we want to hear from you.
