Process Improvement Specialist – Perm – £65,000pa – London / Hybrid
We are currently partnered with a leading global law firm to recruit for a Process Improvement Specialist on a permanent basis.
Working closely with business units and practice groups from across the firm, you will use your business process analysis skills to gather requirements, map ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ workflows and processes and enable technology-led improvements to be realised.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in either a Business Analyst or Process Improvement position and be able to demonstrate how they have helped improve processes within their organisation.
You will collaborate with Innovation and IT to deploy and integrate tools, support user adoption and change management and contribute to project delivery.
Previous law firm / legal operations experience is highly desirable.
Any process improvement qualifications or training such as Lean, Six Sigma or BPMN will be beneficial.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days per week in the central London office.
