Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations 
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades for smooth delivery
• Maintain programme and quality standards
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records
• Liaise with the client and project team, providing regular progress updates

Requirements

• Proven experience managing CAT A commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage short-term programmes efficiently
• Asbestos Awareness desirable
