• Check specs, packaging, and HACCP controls
• Keep records accurate and audit-ready
• Spot issues early and act fast
• Support audits, traceability, and compliance

• Quality control experience (essential)
• Food safety & allergen knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication
