About the RolePK Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners (EYPs) to support a range of nurseries and early years settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to nurturing young children and supporting their early development in a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
  • Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS frameworks
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
  • Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
