Communications and Engagement Coordinator role based in Leicester. The role is an exciting opportunity to be a hands on communications coordinator.

Client Details

My client is a large manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Communications and Engagement Coordinator based in Leicester.

Description

  • Deliver the annual employee engagement plan, including celebration days and key site events.
  • Organise major events such as the Winter Family Party, Christmas activities, and long-service awards.
  • Support delivery of the Health & Wellbeing plan with clinics, challenges, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage and deliver all site internal communications, including newsletters and weekly briefs.
  • Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities through the Charity & Social Committee.
  • Keep all communication channels (notice boards, TVs, digital platforms) up to date.
  • Maintain and enhance the employee recognition scheme to drive engagement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to communication methods, tools, and content.
  • Promote and embed company values, acting as a role model across the site.
  • Lead the annual Staff Survey, encouraging participation and reinforcing company culture.
