Job Title: Factory Operative Location: Maldon, Essex Pay: 12.21 Contract: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Rotating (Training will be 1 week on a day shift)
We are looking for a motivated Factory Operative to join a busy production team assembling steel frames. This position offers full training on machinery and tools, making it a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who is keen to develop new skills and progress within a growing company.
This is a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity for the right Factory Operative candidate.
Duties Include: * Handling and assembling steel frames * Using drills, screwdrivers and rivet guns * Working to strict quality and safety standards
Requirements: * Able to stand for long periods * Comfortable with bending, twisting and some manual lifting * Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn * Previous manufacturing and production experience is beneficial but not essential * Own transport preferred due to shift times
