Mental Health Support Worker – Female

Airmid are now recruiting for Female Support Workers in the Portsmouth area, with experience with Learning Disabilities & ASD. We’re seeking a dedicated professional to provide care in a Residential Setting in Fareham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care
• Be proactive with managing behaviour & de-escalation
• Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.

• Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a small team

• Must be able to maintain a high level of care
• Must be trained in PMVA, or Control & restraint

Requirements:
