Business Development Manager
Salary: Circa £50,000/£55,000 + Commission (flexible for the right candidate)
Location: Scunthorpe | Hybrid (office & remote working)
This is a new business hunter role. If you thrive on generating sales from scratch and turning prospects into loyal clients, this Business Development Manager position could be your next big challenge. We’re looking for someone with a service led background and a proven track record of winning new business, ideally in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or retail.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth from scratch, building relationships with e-commerce brands that need a reliable 3PL partner and shaping the commercial direction of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Generate new business from scratch, building your own pipeline of e-commerce clientsLead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with tailored 3PL solutionsShape the commercial and growth strategy alongside a fast-moving, entrepreneurial teamProvide market insight to drive service innovation and open new sectorsAchieve ambitious sales targets, unlocking excellent commission potentialWhat we’re looking for:
