  • Lead end-to-end financing activities covering project finance, structured finance as well as debt capital market from origination, structuring and documentation, to financial closing and following by post-lending monitoring.
  • Develop and execute innovative financing strategies and solutions tailored to project-specific needs and IPD’s funding gap.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with financial institutions, advisories, and funds while continually expand the pool of funding source.
  • Lead the appointment and coordination of specialized advisors (e.g., financial advisors, , model auditors) for transactions while provide comments to other appointment of advisors in relation to financing, such as tax and accounting consultant.
  • Direct and lead a team to build, validate, and maintain advanced financial models for project development/bidding, financing and other relevant activities.
  • Evaluate RFPs and integrate technical, commercial, and financial assumptions into models to optimize project economics and risk allocation.
  • Provide strategic insights through scenario analysis to support different teams in decision-making (e.g., tariff structuring, cost optimization).
  • Manage model audits and act as a key liaison for lenders during due diligence processes.
  • Develop financial models based on the request from other functions to meet business needs and upgrade/amend the existing models to accommodate the changes from macro and micro factors.
  • Support decision making, reporting requirement and approval procedure from HQ.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with different internal teams to ensure seamless integration of financial assumptions and compliance with project requirements.
  • Support commercial negotiations with external stakeholders (off-takers, governments, JV partners) from a financing and modelling perspective.

Deliver presentations to top management and external partners on financial outcomes, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

Leadership

  • Drive organizational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, ensuring alignment of talent capabilities with medium-to-long-term business objectives.
  • Champion leadership pipeline development by instituting robust competency frameworks and succession planning systems to mitigate turnover risks.
  • Architect talent ecosystems, proactively identifying high-potential individuals and cultivating mobility within team for strategic bench strength.
  • Design career path architectures that synchronize individual aspirations with corporate growth imperatives, leveraging data-driven insights for evolution forecasting.
  • Elevate talent stewardship as net exporter of leadership capital across function, fostering collaborative talent-sharing mechanisms to optimize group-wide human capital ROI.
  • Govern trust-based empowerment models that accelerate decision-making autonomy while maintaining governance alignment with corporate values.

Our Requirements

  • Recognized university degree of Bachelor or above.
  • A business, finance or accounting degree from a reputed institution.
  • Greater than 12-15 years of experience in financing ; team management experience at least 8 years.
  • Ability to develop, run and take complete ownership of financing and financial Modelling independently.
