The firm builds high‑performance systems for institutional clients and is seeking a technical leader who can architect, build, ship, and own the entire technology function. This is a career‑defining opportunity to take full end‑to‑end ownership of a sophisticated trading engine and the surrounding infrastructure.
What You’ll Lead & Own
- Define and drive the company’s long‑term technology vision and architecture
- Write production-grade code daily (expectation: ~90% hands‑on)
- Lead engineering standards, system design, and technical decision‑making
- Own the product roadmap alongside the CEO and commercial team
- Oversee security, IAM, compliance, and infrastructure reliability
- Build institutional‑grade technology in a fast‑moving, low‑bureaucracy environment
What You Bring
- Track record building and shipping high‑performance, production systems
- Strong understanding of IAM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and security architecture
- Full‑stack capability with comfort contributing to any part of the platform
- Experience in trading technology, market data, or latency‑sensitive systems is a strong advantage

- Entrepreneurial, delivery‑oriented, and thrives in ambiguity
