Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading 5* developer who has a robust pipeline of developments, looking to strengthen what is already a high performing region with a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will provide support across a portfolio of developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate cost reports and updates to the Commercial Director regarding project viability and future developments.
• Budget Control: Create and monitor budgets for subcontractors, materials, prelims, and marketing, working closely with wider departmental teams.
• Procurement: Manage the annual tendering process, subcontract ordering, variations, and material control.
• Land Appraisals: Actively support land bid appraisals and gather data for the process from initial bid through to site start.
