This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on driving performance, improving processes, and leading from the front.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and motivating a production team to hit daily targetsEnsuring high quality standards and resolving issues quicklyManaging attendance, performance, and team developmentDriving efficiency using lean manufacturing techniquesCommunicating KPIs and ensuring team engagementWorking closely with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teamsWhat we’re looking for:
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environmentStrong understanding of MRP systems and production processesA proactive, hands-on leader with a can-do attitudeExcellent communication and organisational skillsLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience (desirable)What’s in it for you:
