Description
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members to achieve their full potential.
- Review and approve audit work performed by the team, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and audit matters.
- Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor engagement budgets and timelines to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Stay up‑to‑date with changes in accounting and audit standards and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in audit, preferably within the professional services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
