What You Will Be Doing
Reporting into the Director of Consulting, you’ll lead a variety of client‑facing projects, including:
- Delivering finance system implementations (finance, inventory and CRM)
- Acting as an Outsourced FD, advising boards and business owners
- Designing clear, useful reporting and insights for decision‑making
- Leading process and control improvements across client businesses
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed
- Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred) with experience at Manager level (or equivalent)
- Confident working with boards and senior leadership teams, able to challenge when needed
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of SME environments
- Passionate about technology, transformation and improving how businesses operate
- Curious, adaptable and comfortable working independently in changeable situations
Nice to Have
- Experience with Business Central
- Exposure to Power Apps / Power Automate
- Involvement in finance or business transformation projects
- Practice‑trained background with some industry exposure
