About the company

Our client develops sophisticated, AI-enhanced software designed to streamline complex workflows for top-tier financial and advisory firms.

Their platform is already integral to the operations of global investment groups and leading professional services organisations, supporting a significant volume of annual transaction activity.

Based in London with a presence in other key global markets, they are a high-performing team of approximately 30 people. Following a period of exceptional revenue growth, they are now entering a new chapter of rapid international expansion.

The role

As the first Product Marketing Lead, you will own the positioning and messaging for a highly sophisticated audience. You will be the bridge between a cutting-edge technical product and the decision-makers at blue-chip firms.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop the go-to-market narrative that cuts through the noise of the current AI market.
  • Drive product launches and feature release messaging to ensure users get maximum value from the platform.
  • Build a content engine from the ground up, creating case studies, thought leadership, and executive briefings.
  • Deeply understand customer segments and personas to craft messaging that resonates with sophisticated enterprise buyers.
  • Partner closely with product and sales teams to create high-quality enablement materials and sales narratives.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: At least 5 years in B2B product marketing, ideally within enterprise software, professional services technology, or high-value financial platforms.
  • Writing excellence: You have exceptional writing skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling stories.
  • AI fluency: You experiment with LLMs and AI tools. You understand the current technological shift and can articulate real-world use cases.
  • Commercial mindset: You understand complex sales cycles and how to market to stakeholders with long-term decision processes.
  • Personality: Our client values character and energy over corporate formality. You should be someone who builds processes from scratch and enjoys getting their hands dirty.
