Legal Counsel – (Commercial / Tech / ESG) – 5PQE+ Global Listed Business

Your Responsibilities:

  • Advise on commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor contracts, NDAs, and DPAs
  • Provide day‑to‑day legal support to business stakeholders on commercial and operational matters
  • Partner with legal, compliance, product, and commercial teams across a global organisation
  • Support ESG and regulatory initiatives, identifying risks and providing practical guidance
  • Contribute to legal process improvements, internal initiatives, and strategic projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial contracts or technology transactions
  • Strong experience negotiating SaaS, licensing, and data‑related agreements
  • Exposure to ESG, sustainability, or regulatory frameworks is advantageous
  • Commercial, pragmatic mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent drafting, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
