About the Role
Partou Acorns in Adel Day Nursery & Pre‑school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on a full‑time 40‑hour per week role of Nursery Room Leader. You will oversee the daily running of a room and ensure children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong EYFS knowledge
- Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
- Passion for early years education
- Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
- Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
