Customer Success Manager – Mid Market and SMB
Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days WFH)

This is a top-tier sales role for an A-player with enterprise SaaS experience and a track record of building and developing strong relationships with Financial Services.
What You’ll Do:
- Build high-value SaaS partnerships with mid-market and global brands
- Handed 200 accounts (SMB and Mid-Market)
- Lead strategic conversations with decision makers
- Work closely with a collaborative, industry-leading sales team
- Manage, cross sell and retain Accounts from day 1
About You:
- Proven success closing/retaining SMB and Mid-Market SaaS deals
- Skilled in consultative selling and uncovering customer challenges
- Experienced in working with Financial services, Fintech or SaaS
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in or near London and happy with a hybrid working model
- Must have AM/CS experience, 1-2+ years ideally
