Lead Frontend Engineer

This is a greenfield platform build where the frontend isn’t an afterthought, it’s the product.

You’ll be leading the development of a modern React-based UI, shaping how users interact with a platform used at scale.

• React-first architecture (micro-frontends / Module Federation)
• GraphQL BFF layer driving the UI
• AI-assisted engineering environment with modern tooling
• High visibility – this is the core customer-facing platform

The role:

• Lead the frontend architecture and delivery
• Stay hands-on with React, performance, and best practices
• Drive standards across testing (Jest / React Testing Library)
• Mentor engineers and shape the frontend direction

Looking for:

• Strong React leadership experience
• Experience building scalable frontend systems
• Someone who cares about UX and clean architecture
