About This Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Risk Consultant to join a growing consultancy team. This role involves conducting fire risk assessments across a wide range of buildings, with a particular focus on high-risk environments. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to further their career in fire safety consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out legislative and non-legislative fire risk assessments.
- Produce clear, accurate, and detailed fire safety reports.
- Ensure all work meets current legislation, benchmark standards, and industry best practice.
- Act as the main client contact for consultancy projects across offices, factories, hotels, residential properties, healthcare, and education settings.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
- Support continuous improvement and professional development within the consultancy function.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conducting Fire Risk Assessments, particularly in high-risk buildings.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage your own diary and work independently.
- Professional, punctual, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Relevant fire safety qualifications (meeting or exceeding industry standards).
