Location: Reed Cambridge – Scientific Temps, Unit 7, CC7, 8 Clifton Court, Clifton Road, Cambridge CB1 7BN

Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (after induction)

About the Role

Are you passionate about recruitment and excited by the scientific sector? Join our growing team at Reed Cambridge as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in placing candidates into temporary and contract roles across the UK.

This is a brand‑new position created due to strong growth in the scientific temporaries market. You’ll have the opportunity to build a successful desk within an established, high‑performing team, supported by an existing client base and excellent market demand.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business and strengthen existing relationships.
• Write engaging job adverts, network, headhunt, and use social media to attract candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with client requirements.
