About the Role:
Join Paragon Home Healthcare as a Support Carer and make a real difference in one person’s life while working alongside a highly experienced Critical Care Nurse.
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Carers to assist a lovely lady in Eastbourne who requires complex care following a spinal cord injury. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in advanced care – including tracheostomy and ventilator support – under the guidance of an experienced nurse and our Nurse Practitioner team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting personal care, mobility, and daily routines
- Assisting with hoist transfers and bowel management
- Working collaboratively with the lead nurse to ensure safe and dignified care
- Maintaining clear records and ensuring the care plan is followed
- Supporting a calm and positive environment for the client
